Spencer Stratford

Spencer joined WWAV Rapp Collins in 1996 after working for Centaur Publishing. There he worked on Scottish Widows and BUPA before leaving to join Brand Connection for the rebranding of Norwich Union to Aviva.

He joined MC&C to become Media Director before co-founding Opticomm, where his accounts include Greenbee, British Red Cross and Thomas Cook Airlines.

His passion is cycling and he was overjoyed to win the media planning and buying account for the Race The World cycling competition in August 2014. (although he wasn’t brave enough to actually enter it himself…)

John Rowley

John is the Chairman of Opticomm and comes with years and years of experience in the advertising industry. John makes the whole organisation work more efficiently and ensures that the good ship Opticomm is steering in the right direction.

Jessica Mills

Jessica is Opticomm’s newest joiner straight out of university. Joining as a graduate she is the first to go on the accelerated learning programme – a programme so detailed the first day is split into 30 minute increments!

Ceri Farr

Ceri started her career at full service agency Recipe. Since her arrival at Opticomm she has worked across many account planning and buying all media. Ceri loves the world of social media (although we wont say which apps she uses) and she also loves to dance.

Matt Earl

Matt is our ‘go to’ digital implementation guy. Having gained a 1st from Bangor in Computer Science there isn’t anything he finds scary in digital media apart from low click through rates and poor conversions. Matt makes digital campaigns live quickly, accurately and cheaply – is there anything he can’t do? Outside of work Matt likes to walk the floor of the clubs of Luton and Dunstable with a bottle of Bollinger.

Ross is a true ‘fashionista’ who started his working career as a fashion buyer in the Far East. Apart form making all the other gentleman look unfashionable Ross works on numerous accounts planning and buying across all media.

Catherine Part

Catherine manages her family of accounts alongside her own family of three! Working in media for more years than we are allowed to say here, Catherine has experience across all media including PPC and has a combination of both client and agency side experience. When she is not planning and buying Catherine likes to stay up all night caring for her children…

Harry Wilson

Harry has worked as a broadcast media consultant for media owners, agencies and clients for over 30 years.

His clients include Cadbury’s, Beecham’s, Max Factor, Heinz, COI, Peugeot, Bristol & West Building Society and National Westminster Bank.

Harry is a Black Belt 4th Dan in Karate – we think that means don’t mess.

Robert Donnellan

After graduating from LSE, Robert joined MC&C, planning media on clients ranging through the charity, financial and entertainment/media sectors as well as developing a strong focus on data analysis. From there Robert moved to Save the Children UK, where he launched the ‘No Child Born to Die’ campaign, increasing brand awareness by over 200%.

In 2013 Rob joined Mediacom before joining Opticomm in early 2014.

Rob loves music and is a ‘Superstar DJ’ – although his main role to date has been to tell people they have left their car lights on.

Amrit Phul

Amrit has worked in digital media for over twelve years at agencies including Carat, Initiative, Mindshare, and Starcom, on clients such as Blackberry, Bauer, American Express and Tesco.

He loves playing tennis and supports Liverpool FC.

Ex Google employee heads up the biddible media team here at Opticomm.

Krishika has worked across multiple sector verticals but has specialist knowledge in education , financial services and not for profit.

When she isnt transforming floundering accounts she likes to eat crisps.

Paul Cox

After working for ITV and Channel4, Paul went to work for direct marketing agency WWAV Rapp Collins, helping them set up their media offering.

There he worked on the launch of Film4, E4 and the centralisation of Legal & General. He was then a co-founder of MC&C, winning DMA Gold for his campaigns for Channel4 and which? He then co-founded Opticomm in 2008.

Paul passion is the Arts and rowing, fortunately he has not yet found a way to combine the two.

Chevy Wall

Chevy joined Opticomm from MC&C where he was Planning Director. There he worked on Which?, winning IPA effectiveness Awards and DMA Gold for his campaigns.

Previously he has worked at Teletext and SKY, with a wealth of experience across all our client verticals. Chevy works on, amongst others, Learndirect, Citb and Alzheimer’s Society.

Chevy loves children’s TV especially Peppa Pig and was recently able to fulfil a life’s wish with a visit to Peppa Pig World.
